Job summary

ARC HUMAN SERVICES, INC. seeks aDirector of Program Compliance to report to the Chief Program Officer (CPO) and actively participate as a key member of the Program team.

This role ensures compliance with federal, state, local and internal requirements and leads program initiatives defined by the CPO, serving as the primary resource for standards of conduct, compliance education, audits and enforcement. The Director will oversee the Corporate Compliance Program, develop and revise policies,

Qualifications

• Senior level position with salaried exempt status and broad experience across multiple business disciplines.
• Master's degree preferred with at least five years in management, planning and implementing programs.
• Advanced interpersonal communication, problem solving, and knowledge of internal operations.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking and ability to convey complex information to top management and boards.
• Pass pre-employment background check and child abuse clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as Corporate and Program Compliance Officer; lead acquisition integration, procurement and business development initiatives.
• May report to a Board of Directors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise 600+ employees.
• Review and ensure compliance with organizational objectives; monitor and update policies.
• Assist CPO with managing processes affecting AHS operations.
• Collaborate with CPO on monitoring/licensing reviews by County and State bodies.
• Work with senior management to improve processes and implement quality solutions.
• Lead strategic development, due diligence and acquisition integration.
• Operate independently within company policies and objectives.
