Job summary

Family Health Center in Worcester, MA seeks a Director of Risk and Compliance to provide strategic leadership for PI, Regulatory Compliance, Accreditation, and Risk Management programs. The role ensures HRSA Health Center Program compliance and regulatory readiness across the organization.

The position partners with executive and clinical leaders to improve performance, reduce risk, and support quality improvement, patient safety, and infection control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing or Public Health with 5+ years in compliance/quality.
• FQHC experience strongly preferred.
• HRSA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide Risk and Compliance initiatives.
• Develop and implement risk and PI strategy.
• Oversee HRSA compliance and accreditation activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
• Coordinate HRSA OSV preparation and corrective actions.
