Job summary

York County Community Action Corporation (YCCAC) seeks an experienced Director of Compliance & Risk Management to lead the agency-wide program, align with federal, state, and local regulations, and strengthen internal controls. This role reports to the CEO and works with the Board.

You will develop policy, coordinate audits, monitor regulatory changes, and provide training and tools to departments. A JD or advanced degree is preferred, with nonprofit or public sector leadership experience in

• Advanced degree in compliance, healthcare compliance, risk management, grant administration, or related field.
• JD strongly preferred for leadership role.

Responsibilities
