Job summary

PCORI seeks a Program Associate, Dissemination & Implementation, to support funding initiatives, reviews, and project management. The role involves coordinating with Contracts Management, Finance, Engagement, and Communications to advance high-quality evidence translation into practice.

The position requires a Master’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Salary and benefits reflect DC-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., MPH, MPA, MPP; or MBA) or equivalent with 2–4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in health or health care organization is desirable.
• Experience or knowledge in funding organizations or health services research is desirable.
• Knowledge of implementation science and/or practice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-award processes and reviews for the D&I Program Funding Initiatives.
• Administer funded projects, including project management, analysis, tracking, and correspondence with PCORI departments.
• Support other initiatives and represent the team in cross-department workgroups.
• Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and webinars and prepare meeting summaries.
• Assist in designing and developing D&I Program initiatives and special projects.
