Job summary

Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) seeks a Program Associate to provide management, support, and coordination across administrative and programmatic functions within the OCRIO and RI&I divisions. You will drive cross-department collaboration, monitor timelines and deliverables, and support methodological oversight and funding initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in health-related research or related field preferred.
Master’s degree required; one to four years of related work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complexity clearly.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and track research portfolios, including timelines and deliverables.
Perform literature reviews or synthesize systematic reviews to support priorities.
Assist Program Officers and leadership with administrative tasks and meeting coordination.
Support program development, planning, and evaluation of funding initiatives.
Collaborate with Contracts Management, Finance, Engagement, and Communications as needed.
