PCORI is seeking a Program Associate 2 in Washington, DC to help implement its Science of Engagement research agenda. You will provide scientific project management, support funding processes, and coordinate program activities as part of the Public and Patient Engagement team.

Key responsibilities include leading pre-award processes, tracking milestones, and producing reports with minimal direction from senior leadership. A Master’s degree with relevant experience is preferred.

Formación

• Master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant project management experience in health research.
• Experience in health-related research and familiarity with research processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; comfortable with online conferencing tools.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as research administrator for the Advancing the Science of Engagement portfolio, including tracking and correspondence with study teams.
• Support program officers and directors with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings and webinars; interact with PCORI staff and external stakeholders.
• Produce reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes for leadership.
