Job summary

PCORI is seeking a Program Associate, Dissemination & Implementation, to advance funding initiatives and dissemination of findings. The role involves managing projects, reviewing proposals, and coordinating with contracts, finance, and communications teams.

The PA will help design and improve program initiatives, monitor funded projects, and support team efforts in D&I activities. A Master’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience are preferred, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field; 2–4 years of related work experience preferred.
Experience in health research or funding organizations is desirable.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in pre-award processes and reviews for the D&I Program funding initiatives.
Administer funded projects including tracking and correspondence with PCORI departments.
Support program initiatives and prepare materials for Board or subcommittee meetings.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, workgroups, and webinars; prepare summaries.
