Job summary

PCORI in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Associate, Dissemination & Implementation, to support funding initiatives and related activities. The role involves project management, assisting in the application review process, contract management, and program analysis within a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent with 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience in health or health care organization is highly desirable.
• Experience or knowledge in funding organizations or health services research is desirable.
• Knowledge of implementation science and/or practice is desirable.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate complex material clearly.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and build productive relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-award processes and reviews for the D&I Program Funding Initiatives.
• Administer funded projects including management, analysis, tracking, and correspondence with PCORI departments.
• Support ongoing initiatives and cross-department workgroups for the D&I Program.
• Coordinate meetings, workgroups, webinars, and prepare meeting summaries.
• Assist in designing and developing D&I Program initiatives or special projects.
• Assist in evaluating funding proposals and monitoring programs and awards.
• Support with publications and communication for dissemination initiatives.
