Job summary

omniconsultcorp is seeking a detail-oriented Management Analyst to support the administration of a new customer program in Washington, D.C. This role requires operational and analytical support to ensure that program requirements are met effectively. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience in management analysis, strong organizational skills, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in management analysis, program support, or administrative operations.
• Demonstrated experience drafting SOPs, reports, briefings, and formal documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accurate program records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Support the stand-up and ongoing administration of a new customer program.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, and presentations.
• Manage and maintain program records and filing systems.
• Maintain and update internal SharePoint site content.
• Process and manage inbound and outbound Electronic Communications.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and action item tracking.
• Provide administrative and program support to leadership and team members.
• Serve as backup support to senior staff as needed.
