Job summary

Citizenship and Immigration Services is seeking a Management and Program Analyst to implement, coordinate, and analyze a range of management programs. The role includes preparing briefings and presentations for senior leadership and coordinating with IT for essential systems management.

Qualifications

• Experience with project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Ability to analyze data and identify findings to improve programs.
• Experience presenting findings and option papers to managers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all project lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure.
• Utilize analytical methods to study and audit system performance and compliance with agency screening requirements.
• Manage access and contract functions for commercial databases; liaise with IT office to manage the Directorate's IT systems.
• Advise on the impact of proposed or implemented changes and recommend alternatives to resolve management problems.
• Identify new or modified methods, processes, and procedures for administering program services.
