Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency seeks a seasoned program analyst to drive the organization’s strategic planning and policy development in support of the Director’s goals. You will conceive and promulgate strategic programming documents and ensure alignment with HQ DISA and national guidance.

You will develop performance metrics to track progress, and serve as the Secretariat for Director meetings, promoting clear, consistent messaging across DISA stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience is defined as: Developing Command Staff-level white papers, point papers, presentations, and official minutes, as well as creating effective written communication materials, including policy documents and plans.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary program analyst driving the Agency’s strategic planning and policy development processes in direct support of the Director’s goals and objectives.
• Conceives, develops, and promulgates strategic programming documents, ensuring strict alignment with HQ DISA, OSD, and other national-level guidance.
• Develops and implements robust performance metrics to track the agency’s planning efforts, identify progress, and recommend course corrections for senior leadership.
• Acts as the official Secretariat for DISA Director meetings when permitted, fostering an environment of seamless information sharing and consistent messaging among DISA stakeholders.
• Coordinates with staff to revise policy documents and plans, ensuring all written materials effectively communicate the desired strategic message.
