Job summary

Exigent Services, LLC seeks a Senior Policy Analyst (SME II) to provide expert policy analysis and strategic support for the DHA DES/IDES/SCAADL programs. The role involves evaluating federal guidance, developing policy recommendations, and supporting senior leadership with reports and briefs.

The selected candidate will lead quality assurance activities, conduct operational research, and produce analytical products using data from multiple government systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy or related field.
• Active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Minimum of five years of policy analysis and program evaluation experience.
• Experience researching and interpreting federal laws, regulations, policies, directives, and guidance.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, briefings, and policy recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level policy analysis, strategic planning, and program support for DES, IDES, and SCAADL programs.
• Analyze federal laws, regulations, and DoD policies to assess impacts and develop policy recommendations.
• Develop policy guidance, reviews, decision papers, executive correspondence, and briefing materials.
• Lead QA activities including compliance reviews, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Conduct operational research, program evaluations, and statistical analyses to identify trends and improve processes.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive summaries from multiple government systems.
