Job summary

Amentum is seeking a skilled Program Analyst for the CTF project in Ridgecrest, CA. The role supports budgets, expenses, and financials, tracks invoices, schedules, and deliverables, and maintains program dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the PM, ensuring accurate financial records, and analyzing variances and risks across multiple efforts. U.S. Navy R&D defense context and security clearance are relevant.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in receptionist, office manager, office lead, or facility lead roles.
• 6+ years of contracting, financial, and/or accounting experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Program/Project financial controls.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with clear analytical review.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, pricing and product strategy processes.
• Perform financial record keeping and accounting practices.
• Assist in managing financial aspects of subcontracts and interwork agreements.
• Review financial documentation for accuracy.
• Process Prime and subcontract invoices.
• Collaborate with PM to resolve project issues and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
