Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst to provide equipment support to our government customer in Dahlgren, VA. You will perform program management tasks including scheduling, tracking milestones, preparing reports and briefings, and coordinating with DoD and Navy stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

The role involves developing program plans, dashboards, and documentation, maintaining records, and presenting status updates to leadership. A Secret U.S.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of work-related experience with technical documents.
• Three (3) years specialized experience in DoD and Navy programs, IMS development & tracking.
• Proficient in MS Office for complex documents and reports.
• Active Secret U.S. Government security clearance (citizenship required).
• Proven ability to coordinate across government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and analytical support for planning, execution, and evaluation.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Develop program plans, status reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders.
