Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst for the CTF project based in Ridgecrest, CA. The role supports budgeting, invoicing, scheduling, and dashboard reporting to drive project performance and compliance. Travel is expected; security clearance is required for access to government contracts.

Responsibilities include analyzing financials, maintaining records, and collaborating with PMs to identify risks and mitigate delays while supporting federal customers and contracting partners.

Qualifications

• At least six years’ experience in receptionist/office management or facility lead.

• At least six years contracting, financial, and/or accounting experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated administrative experience supporting senior leaders, internal teams, and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the broader organizational context.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Program/Project financial controls.
• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with analytical review and actionable plans.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, pricing and product strategy processes.
• Perform financial record keeping and accounting practices.
• Assist in managing financial aspects of subcontracts and interwork agreements (IWA).
• Review financial documentation for accuracy.
• Assist with processing Prime contract invoices.
• Process subcontract invoices.
• Collaborate with the PM to resolve project-related issues.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.
