First Roles in Maryland is seeking a Management & Program Analyst to provide program and business management support to ST's schoolhouses. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze data and workflows, and advise on governance and improvements.

The role includes coordinating strategic planning, tracking milestones, managing stakeholder engagement, and overseeing contractor work under ST's Training Program and Business Management Support contract.

Responsabilidades

• Provide program and business management support to ST's 3 schoolhouses.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and analyze data, workflows, and stakeholder input.
• Recommend changes to improve ST operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as trusted advisor to ST leadership and oversee contractor personnel providing Training Program & Management Support.
• Support ST strategic planning by organizing, prioritizing, tracking, and overseeing implementation of requirements.
• Advise ST senior leadership on portfolio status, milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Design, implement, and sustain governance frameworks across ST.
• Manage and oversee work under ST's Training Program and Business Management Support contract.
• Engage external stakeholders through conferences, offsites, working groups, and other events.
• Apply change-management best practices to implement, communicate, measure, and sustain organizational improvements.
