The role includes coordinating strategic planning, tracking milestones, managing stakeholder engagement, and overseeing contractor work under ST's Training Program and Business Management Support contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and business management support to ST's 3 schoolhouses.

• Act as trusted advisor to ST leadership and oversee contractor personnel providing Training Program & Management Support.
• Support ST strategic planning by organizing, prioritizing, tracking, and overseeing implementation of requirements.
• Advise ST senior leadership on portfolio status, milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Design, implement, and sustain governance frameworks across ST.
• Manage and oversee work under ST's Training Program and Business Management Support contract.
• Engage external stakeholders through conferences, offsites, working groups, and other events.
• Apply change-management best practices to implement, communicate, measure, and sustain organizational improvements.
