The role involves posting production schedules, entering purchase orders, and monitoring customer orders within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus strong organization, math, and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good decision making and problem solving.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate initiative and follow through.
• Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply laws, rules, regulations, departmental policies and procedures regarding assembly and common practice procedures.
• Monitor production control email for requests.
• Create work orders for requests.
• Enter purchase orders accurately and timely.
• File old purchase orders daily.
• Troubleshoot supply chain and scheduling problems and see they are resolved quickly.
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and implement corrective action proactively.
• Organize and complete daily task requirements.
• Occasionally meet with internal team members, suppliers and or customers.
• Work with sales and production to meet customer expectations.
