Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0–3 years of experience in production planning, project coordination, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and inventory plans aligned to demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate production scheduling activities and adjust plans to address constraints, delays, and disruptions.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to align materials, resources, and production priorities.
• Monitor execution against plan and drive resolution actions for risks to delivery, capacity, or inventory.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities and report KPIs.
• Support and execute SIOP and OE processes to align planning and execution.
• Coordinate changes including new product introductions and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
