Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Production Planner to translate reconciled S&OP into a time-phased Master Production Schedule, coordinating across sites and floor execution. You will convert plans into actionable schedules and monitor adherence.

The role requires expertise in MPS logic, capacity planning, and ERP scheduling (Acumatica), with cross-functional collaboration to protect production timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in production planning, scheduling or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Solid knowledge of MPS/MRP logic and finite capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Convert reconciled S&OP into a time-phased MPS by SKU, site, and work center.
• Assess capacity feasibility (lines, shifts, work centers) during reviews.
• Set and enforce planning time fences (Frozen/Firm/Free).
• Track inter-site handoffs to ensure cross-site alignment.
• Translate network MPS into site-level targets and oversee Site Schedulers.
• Monitor schedule adherence and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Represent capacity in monthly S&OP reconciliations.
