Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manager, Production Planning in Arvada, CO, to lead the production planning function for our manufacturing organization. You will manage a team of Production Planners and collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality to optimize schedules and scale operations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in production planning, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong experience with MPS/MRP and ERP systems.

Qualifications

8+ years in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain, or ops.
3+ years of direct people management in production/planning teams.
Experience with MPS, MRP, and capacity planning in a complex manufacturing setting.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
Strong Excel skills and data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead the Production Planning Team: hire, mentor, coach, and develop planners.
Drive S&OP across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality.
Own Master Production Schedule and balance demand, capacity, and material readiness.
Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, adjust schedules for throughput.
Manage capacity planning to support short-term execution and long-term growth.
Develop scalable planning processes, reporting, and standard work.
Monitor KPIs: schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory, planning accuracy.
