Job summary

Ascentec Engineering is seeking a Senior Factory Production Planner / Master Scheduler to translate demand, forecasts, backlog, and priorities into a credible multi-site production plan across Tualatin and Dallas, Oregon. The role integrates Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Planning with Epicor Kinetic and Planet Together APS.

The candidate will own the MPS, support S&OP processes, and drive demand scenarios, capacity checks, and scenario analysis to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 5–8+ years in demand/production planning or master scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern the Master Production Schedule across the planning horizon.
• Translate demand into site/product/floor-level requirements with time-phasing.
• Apply planning fences, lot sizing, lead times, and schedule stability.
• Publish MPS and evaluate changes impacting capacity, materials, and customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Capacity to align material and labor plans with the MPS.
• Lead regular master-schedule reviews and manage change control.
