Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and manage the flow of products through the production process. You will provide tactical scheduling and long-range planning to our production teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and schedules are realistic.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of scheduling experience, with strong experience in MS Project and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience is required.
• Experience with MS Project and ERP/MRP systems is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical scheduling and strategic long range planning for production teams.
• Create an integrated master schedule coordinating inputs from business and planning.
• Maintain alignment with MRP, schedule baselines, and critical path updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, inspection, testing, and supply chain to meet deliverables.
• Develop scheduling tools and drive efficiency improvements across the organization.
