Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Scheduler to manage daily to monthly destructive test schedules for our ARMS program. You will translate production demands into executable plans, coordinate with Engineering, PM, Procurement, and Test teams, and ensure CTB readiness for every event.

You will monitor capacity, optimize asset use, and report KPIs to leadership. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in production scheduling, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and familiarity with AI tools like

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years in production scheduling and work order management.
Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and solve complex requests.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP and capacity deconfliction.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain destructive test schedules aligned with Production, Engineering, and Program Management.
Convert requirements into executable schedules and release test work orders.
Coordinate with Engineering, Program Management, Procurement, and Test teams to sequence testing.
Maintain ERP/MRP scheduling visibility and report KPIs such as attainment.
Escalate capacity constraints and risks early to enable recovery plans.
