Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Scheduler to join the manufacturing team in Costa Mesa, CA, responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing flow of products through production. You will provide tactical scheduling and a long-range planning perspective to drive on-time delivery and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent scheduling experience, and proficiency with MS Project/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience.
• U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information.
• Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical scheduling and long-range planning to production teams.
• Create an integrated master schedule from inputs and planning data.
• Ensure MRP reflects production requirements.
• Develop daily work schedules and track progress against plans.
• Analyze critical path and variances; advise leadership as needed.
• Coordinate with inspection, testing, engineering and supply chain to meet deliverables.
• Lead initiatives to improve scheduling tools and organizational efficiency.
