Job summary

Qualifications

• AS400 expert with production planning experience.
• 6-8 years of recent experience in related fields.
• 3-5 years in a supply chain role.
• Experience in understanding purchasing contracts, scheduling and planning.
• English and Spanish language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production and purchasing using AS400 ERP to meet demand.
• Create daily production schedules for multiple shifts and lines.
• Assess impact of daily orders and adjust schedules for optimal fulfillment.
• Plan, schedule and monitor material flow through production.
• Establish ECO dates with cross-functional teams and communicate changes.
• Maintain Kanban where applicable and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers, order management, sales, and engineering.
• Support inventory accuracy and training programs.
• Adhere to quality and safety commitments.
