SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to ensure the seamless flow of materials through the production process and to meet production schedules and customer delivery dates.

Responsibilities include coordinating with purchasing and production teams, maintaining production paperwork, and monitoring schedules for improvements while upholding a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe work practices and promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure timely delivery of production paperwork to the floor.
• Maintain production paperwork daily.
• Coordinate with production and material teams to identify material needs.
• Monitor production and schedule for issues and improvements.
• Liaise with purchasing, customer service and operations to meet delivery dates.
• Review and correct COGI errors daily.
• Update internal sales notes on delays or lead times of open orders.
• Answer general inquiries.
• Perform other duties as directed.
