Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Production Scheduler Planner for its Tioga, PA facility. The role involves managing MRP and Kanban, directing manufacturing activities, and ensuring product availability and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with supervisors, buyers, engineering, and hourly staff to optimize capacity and lead times. Responsibilities include safety compliance, inventory accuracy, data maintenance, and leading process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Materials Management in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (kanban, pull, etc.) preferred.
• Good organizational, analytical problem solving, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety rules and maintain safe working conditions.
• Manage MRP and Kanban requirements and distribute/maintain manufacturing orders.
• Respond to inquiries and expedite delivery; manage inventory levels and lead times.
• Work with supervisors and management to set priorities and capacity.
• Lead process improvement activities and assist with documentation and training.
