Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, PA, is seeking a Production Planner for our manufacturing facility. You’ll guide material flow, schedule production, and coordinate with supervisors to meet customer demand and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor\'s degree and have experience in materials management in manufacturing, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The role is full-time and on-site with opportunities for process improvement and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a manufacturing-related field.
• Experience in Materials Management in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts (kanban, pull) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; analytical problem solving required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce safety rules and policies and maintain safe working conditions.
• Direct manufacturing activities to maximize product availability and customer service.
• Manage MRP and Kanban requirements and distribute manufacturing orders.
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to set production priorities and capacity.
• Lead process improvement activities and document procedures.
