Job summary

Victaulic in Odessa, TX is seeking a Production Coordinator to keep schedules moving from planning through release to the shop floor. You will partner with Supervisors, VDC, Buyers/Planners, Customer Care, and branch teams to align material lead times with the schedule and ensure on-time, on-spec deliveries.

You will own day-to-day scheduling, track projects in Mendix, process fabrication correspondence, and coordinate with Engineering and Training on special projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Experience in a manufacturing/steel fabrication environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes.
• Ability to read drawings and tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and attend facility meetings; own schedules for Planning/Scheduling.
• Coordinate with VDC, Fab Material Coordinator, Sales, Customer Care and branch on upcoming projects and material lead times.
• Follow project orders through Victaulic's ERP system and Mendix; ensure material arrival aligns with plan.
• Handle fabrication correspondence and generate fabrication BOLs and labels.
• Release orders per schedule for picking and manage inventory and Kanban processes.
