Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Production Planner in Easton, PA to oversee manufacturing planning and inventory control within a full-time production environment. You will coordinate MRP and Kanban activities, drive on-time delivery, and work with cross-functional teams to balance capacity and material flow.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in materials management in manufacturing, with strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of Lean practices (kanban/pull).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in materials management in manufacturing.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (kanban, pull, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct manufacturing activities to ensure product availability and customer service.
• Manage MRP and Kanban requirements; maintain and improve planning data.
• Coordinate with supervisors, Buyers, Engineering and Operations to set production priorities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times and improve material flow.
