Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Production Scheduler Planner for the Tioga, PA facility. You will oversee production scheduling, manage MRP and Kanban, and coordinate with supervisors and engineers to optimize output and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing materials management environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem solving skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet demand while optimizing capacity.
• Manage MRP and Kanban requirements and production orders.
• Coordinate with supervisors, buyers, engineering and hourly staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement lead-time reduction.
• Participate in process improvement activities and document procedures.
