Job summary

You will maintain plan parameters, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. CPIM experience and strong collaboration are a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with confirmed graduation required (in a related field preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• APICS modules or certification (ie. CPIM) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP, issue Purchase orders, read action messages and update the supply plan.
• Review shorts and place order materials as required.
• Communicate supply issues, deviations from plan and potential resolutions and adjust supply plans daily.
• Communicate Purchase orders packaging and ingredients with the vendors.
• Act as primary interface with customer service, production and logistics.
• Maintain the integrity of the supply plan with vendors.
• Translate final time phased production plan into detailed schedule for each asset and manage daily production schedules, 7-day outlook.
• Assure schedule is continually maintained and communicated throughout the supply chain.
• Measure weekly schedule performance to standards.
