FTI in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Scheduler to maintain ERP master production schedules for new product launches and ensure alignment with material availability, labor resources and capacity constraints.

This role requires 2–4 years in demand planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle or NetSuite. Proficiency in Excel and strong cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in demand planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP systems experience (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Aufgaben

• Maintain ERP master production schedules for new product launches.
• Create initial schedules for new projects and ensure handoff to local team.
• Align schedules with material availability, labor and capacity.
• Adjust schedules in response to downtime or material shortages.
• Lead pursuit of new scheduling technologies and process improvements.
• Create and maintain PFEP and kanban replenishment for components.
