F&S Fresh Foods seeks a Production Scheduler to keep Prepared Operations on track by building and maintaining production schedules from orders, inventory, and resources. You’ll guide daily output and respond quickly to workflow changes, working closely with the production management team.

The ideal candidate is highly independent, detail-driven, and proficient with Excel, with experience in scheduling, planning, and coordinating people and materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or five years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in production scheduling or planning, preferably in food production.
• Solid understanding of production methods, resource allocation, and planning.

Responsabilités

• Build and publish the master production schedule, setting operation sequence and lead times.
• Develop long- and short-term schedules; revise based on daily results and material availability.
• Coordinate new product launches, schedule launch runs and verify samples for accuracy.
• Conduct time studies to measure line performance and improve efficiency.
• Schedule staff to production demand and partner with Plant Manager on labor and safety goals.
