Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Production Scheduler in Spartanburg to plan and manage daily production orders, coordinating with multiple departments to meet customer commitments. You will leverage ERP tools to generate work orders, monitor line capacity, and ensure accurate inventory levels.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of related experience, plus strong numerical and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have either a High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to calculate rates, ratios, discounts, interest, and averages, as well as solve mathematical problems.
• Experience and working knowledge of MS Office software and Production Summary Reporting Programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules to meet production and sales goals.
• Analyze forecasts and trends to align capacity with demand.
• Create production work orders and master schedules in ERP.
• Coordinate daily with replenishment and monitor inventory safety stock.
• Maintain FIFO and rotate finished goods to prevent obsolescence.
• Prepare daily/weekly operations summaries.
• Lead continuous improvement in warehouse practices.
