Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Production Trainee for the AM shift. You will help operate production equipment, move cased goods, and assist with material weighing and preparation to support safety, quality, and production goals.

Responsibilities include documenting production activities, providing line coverage during breaks, and assisting maintenance with minor equipment issues. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop or kneel for long periods.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Manually handle cased goods around the manufacturing area.
• Weigh and prepare raw materials for processing.
• Provide coverage for line operators during rest periods.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and document activities.
