If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact [e-mail].**Position Summary**The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling daily production orders to meet customer commitments within and between departments.**Ownership*** Plan production schedules to meet production and sales goals.* Analyze sales forecasts and trends with an understanding of production line capacity.* Utilize ERP system to create production work orders and develop master schedule.* Coordinate daily with replenishment team to anticipate sales adjustments/trends.* Monitor plant capabilities (human and machine) to ensure adequate resources.* Develop planning models for analysis of plant/segment and utilization that provide cost effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer service.* Monitor inventory of finished goods SKU to maintain inventory safety stock levels.* Prepare daily and weekly Operations Summary report.* Monitor daily activities of operations and update the schedule accordingly.* Accurately reflect the FPS daily using the ERP computer program.* Effectively communicate schedule changes to all Operations Departments.* Investigate/troubleshoot inventory issues and work with other groups as needed to determine solutions.
