Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and execute production for our Little Chute, WI coffee and beverage operation. This role translates customer demand into a workable daily schedule, balancing capacity, materials, and changeovers while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You will partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Sales/Customer Service to translate the supply plan into reliable execution and proactively resolve material

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of professional scheduling or planning experience in food/Beverage/CPG manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, publish, and maintain a rolling production schedule.
• Convert demand into a feasible capacity plan across facilities.
• Monitor performance against supply chain metrics (OTIF, inventory days, capacity).
• Coordinate with co-manufacturing partners to align schedules.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and capacity constraints.
