Trilliant Food & Nutrition in Little Chute, WI is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator to support a production line, packaging, and ingredient blending. The role includes assisting the Machine Operator and maintaining safety, quality, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1–2 years in food processing, packaging, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating production line, packaging, and ingredient blending.
• Support the Machine Operator to ensure safe and efficient machine operation.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep area clean and organized.
• Complete paperwork and data entry; assist in packaging and scheduling tasks.
• Operate forklift as needed to support production.
