Job summary

Micro-Coax, an Amphenol Company, is seeking a Production Scheduler to provide materials planning and scheduling support across Sales, Customer Service, and Manufacturing. You will maintain MRP parameters, release work orders, reschedule by order action, and help forecast capacity and production needs.

The role requires APICS or related certification preferred, two+ years of planning experience, proficiency with ERP systems (SAP MM/PP), and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field strongly preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of progressive experience in planning and scheduling is desired.
• Experience with cable and electronic component planning preferred.
• Excellent materials management skills including MRP, inventory control, and scheduling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MRP or scheduling systems: handle work orders and capacity planning.
• Coordinate material requirements with internal customers.
• Develop relationships with internal/external customers and Sales staff.
• Ensure timely delivery by monitoring production planning processes.
• Address shortages impacting production and shipments.
• Review documents for accuracy and maintain inventory levels.
• Process RMAs, conduct forecasting, and monitor performance metrics.
• Support department and company objectives.
