Job summary

Sazerac, including BuzzBallz production, seeks a Production Scheduler to create and maintain schedules that maximize efficiency, inventory availability, and customer service. Collaborate across Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, and Logistics to balance capacity and demand.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in production scheduling, strong analytical and Excel skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems. Bachelor’s degree required and APICS/Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planning.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MRP systems; strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to support manufacturing operations, customer demand, and inventory targets.
• Manage MPS, MRP, replenishment planning, and production forecasting.
• Coordinate with Production, Materials, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials and resources are available to meet schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and production capacity; identify risks to service or availability.
• Analyze scheduling data to improve efficiency, inventory management, and adherence.
• Support new product launches, production changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
