Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on orders, inventory, and capacity.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to secure materials for schedules.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for downtime, shortages, or changing priorities.
• Analyze capacity, workflow, and lead times to maximize efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs such as schedule attainment.
• Maintain accurate production planning data in the ERP/MRP system.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to provide delivery dates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for inventory, waste reduction, and process efficiency.
