Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking a Production Controller to own near-term scheduling, sequencing, and execution across a designated work center. You will coordinate with Manufacturing Engineers and cross-functional teams to keep hardware moving on schedule and align ERP data with floor reality.

Responsibilities include leading daily/weekly planning meetings, flagging bottlenecks, and providing input to RCCP and SIOP processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in production control, planning, scheduling, or dispatching in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain and materials management best practices (material availability, kitting, lead times, inventory basics).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo is a plus) and comfort managing Manufacturing Orders and status tracking.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for capacity, scheduling, and simple reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling, sequencing, and execution tracking for a work center.
• Lead daily and weekly meetings, presenting schedule, constraints and risks.
• Identify capacity restraints and bottlenecks; propose priority solutions.
• Track MOs and align ERP data with floor reality; resolve material issues.
