HOLT Manufacturing in Texas seeks a Production Scheduler to develop and manage production calendars for multiple value streams. You will align schedules with demand, coordinate capacity with project managers, and ensure timely order execution from start to RTS while communicating status to stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain planning, and collaboration across engineering, marketing, operations, and sales to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in supply chain or production scheduling.
• APICS CPIM or CSPC certification preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer demand into a valid production schedule and execute to meet shipment dates.
• Coordinate and maintain orders with production capacity through collaboration with project managers and business managers.
• Enter, release, and ensure orders from start to RTS; communicate status to customers and ensure invoicing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for scheduling issues.
• Collaborate with management, marketing, sales, operations, and engineering to resolve schedule interruptions.
• Manage capacity planning to meet sales and operating objectives.
• Track and report critical KPI’s.
