Job summary

Holt Texas, Ltd. is seeking a Production Scheduler to prepare and communicate manufacturing schedules for Value Streams according to customer demand. You will execute scheduling activities, negotiate plans, and ensure material and capacity are available to meet ship dates.

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to minimize interruptions, track KPIs, and drive on-time performance in a safety-conscious production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management or 4+ years of scheduling experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Supply Chain experience.
• MRP experience preferred.
• APICS CPIM or CSPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate product demand into a valid production schedule and execute it to meet ship dates.
• Coordinate orders with production capacity, working with PMs and business managers.
• Enter and release orders, communicate status to customers, ensure on-time invoicing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for scheduling issues.
• Collaborate with management, marketing, sales, operations, and engineering to resolve interruptions.
• Maintain capacity planning to meet sales and operating objectives and track KPIs.
