Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to plan and maintain production schedules, analyze material requirements, and support inventory accuracy. The role focuses on on-time delivery, expedites materials, and collaborates with Purchasing and Customer Service to align priorities and commitments.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of related experience, SAP/MRP knowledge, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of SAP experience preferred, with working knowledge of MRP, planning, and purchasing modules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review unscheduled customer orders daily and maintain accurate promise dates.
• Create, schedule, and release production orders to meet on-time delivery and production performance goals.
• Manage production orders for assigned product lines to ensure timely completion and shipment.
• Reschedule production orders as required in alignment with the production plan, including expediting or cancelling orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to expedite materials as needed to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
