Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the production department, maintaining data, organizing records, and preparing schedules. You will review requisitions and manage the entire production cycle from start to finish to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and strong Excel skills, with proficiency in production systems and cross-functional collaboration across purchasing and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (required).
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of industry market and conditions.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and software (Excel required).

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments.
  • Review the master schedule for upcoming product line requirements.
  • Develop production schedules to ensure on-time customer delivery.
  • Review availability of manufactured and purchased parts for lines.
  • Acquire shop orders, PO due dates and build dates.
  • Expedite parts to align with production schedules.
  • Issue production orders to support product lines.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Ensure lines are completed per customer and MRP requirements.
  • Adjust schedules based on part availability and demand.
  • Follow-up on back-order repair requirements as needed.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and participate actively.
  • Complete special projects and maintain paperwork.
