Responsibilities

• Process work requests in Tririga and other delivery channels.
• Create and close work orders in SAP.
• Track and monitor work requests and maintain backlogs.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Manage documents in SharePoint between sites.
• Coordinate with clients on work processes and SAP work orders/POs.
