Moog in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Manager to lead the sales & operations planning process, inventory governance, and planning procedures across the site. You will set the strategic vision for the site planning organization and work onsite in East Aurora, NY.

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience, including demonstrated capability of leading, developing and coaching high-performing teams.
• Leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tactical & strategic plans.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proven track record of enacting lean manufacturing strategies and implementing process improvements.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze complex situations, identify key issues and develop practical solutions.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative plans that drive measurable results.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• CPIM or APICS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of direct reporting capacity planners, inventory analysis demonstrating Moog Culture and Values while working cross functionally with many functions.
• Support the site in developing & deploying successful material planning strategies based on current load, future growth, and new product introduction, with a result of proper inventory management.
• Develop and implement tools, processes, training aids, and standard work to drive continuous improvement within the materials functions for the site.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align demand forecasts, supply plans, and business objectives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and seamless collaboration across departments.
• Collaborate with Information Technology to enhance and optimize inventory dashboards, drive improved visibility, data accuracy, and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Own and govern part parameter data within Moog business systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with engineering, supply chain, and operational requirements
• Manage and execute weekly inventory governance processes to ensure operational performance, elevate issues effectively, and drive continuous improvement across all levels of the organization
